Poor customer support and buggy

I am not the type to write reviews, but this game really needs a negative one. This game is frustrating, not only because of the amateur programmers that made a game full of bugs but also due to the substantial advantages in game for pay-2-play. I started as free-to-play and transitioned to a payer which was a terrible idea. Their customer support is awful. I reported a bug in game that affected some of my paid rewards, and got no help. If a real world product was defective, you would expect compensation. In this case they gave none, because like their programmers, this game is garbage.
