Great game, lousy support

Ive been playing HOC ever since it was launched. Love the game but the developers need to sort out lots of bugs stat!

For example, in the recent city event, I spent days climbing the ranking ladder and have reached quite a high rank but I never received my rewards. Contacted Support and all I got were apologies and vague information that does not solve my problem. Give me my rewards and I will change the rating for this review.
